Isomaltooligosaccharide (IMO) are also known as isomalto-oligosaccharides, branched oligosaccharides, etc. It is a white powder with a light sweet taste and a soft taste like white sugar. It is a kind of starch sugar, the main components are maltose, panose, isomaltose and so on.
