Application
1.Food field
(1) It can be used as emulsifier, moisturizer, flavor improver, quality improver, antioxidant synergist and pH adjuster. It is widely used in the meat and poultry food processing industry.
(2) Sodium lactate is used as a food preservative, flavoring agent, antifreeze, moisturizer, etc., and can partially replace sodium benzoate as a preservative in the food industry.
2.Medical field
(1) Sodium lactate is used to replenish body fluids or electrolytes in parenteral/solutions, and is widely used in continuous mobile peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) for patients with nephropathy and as dialysate on ordinary artificial kidneys;
(2) Sodium lactate is used as electrolyte and dialysate in intravenous injection, as well as intestinal disinfectant, mouthwash and bladder injection, etc.;
