Grape seed extract (GSE) is a natural substance made by the fruits’ bitter-tasting seeds being extracted, dried, and pulverized. Grape seeds, particularly phenolic acids, anthocyanins, flavonoids or oligomeric proanthocyanidin complexes, are full of antioxidants (OPCs). In general, GSE is one of the widespread proanthocyanidin sources.GSE can hopefully minimize disease and defend against oxidative stress, internal bleeding, and inflammation owing to its high powerful antioxidants. Remember that the extract of grape seed and the extract of grapefruit seed all are sold and abbreviated by the acronym GSE as supplements.

Application
With few side effects, GSE is generally deemed healthy.
It has been observed that dosages of about 300-800 mg per day for 8-16 weeks in individuals are healthy and well accepted.
As there is little evidence on its impact in these populations, those who are pregnant or breast – feeding should avoid it.
GSE can decrease blood pressure, thin your blood, and improve blood circulation, so precaution is recommended for those taking medications for blood thinning or blood pressure.
