Nettle extract is made from nettle. Every 100 grams of tender stems and leaves contain 77.88 grams of moisture, 4.66 grams of crude protein, 0.62 grams of fat, 4.34 grams of crude fiber and 9.64 grams of carbohydrates. It also contains high iron, calcium and other inorganic salts and is rich in carotene and vitamin C, which also contains more chlorophyll than any other vegetable.
